All original and bespoke artwork is created by hand, and as such, slight variations in colour, texture, and detail are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services, including but not limited to website hosting (Wix), payment processing, email providers, or shipping carriers.

For the purposes of fulfilling orders:

Shipping information is shared with Royal Mail and their subsidiaries or partners solely to deliver your artwork
These services only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
I may update my shipping services in the future at which point I will update this privacy policy.
Marketing communications
I do not currently operate a marketing email list.
If this changes in the future, a separate opt-in form will be provided, and no customer will be added without their explicit consent.
Storage of reference photographs
Photographs submitted for pet portrait commissions are:

After this period, files may be deleted as part of routine data management.
